Refund Policy

Our company maintains a return policy that permits customers to return items within a 30-day period from the date of receipt. In order to qualify for a return, the item must be in its original state, and you must present proof of purchase or a receipt.

It is important to note that we will not accept items sent back to us without a proper return request.

Damages and Issues

In case of any damages or issues, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will then investigate the issue and take the necessary corrective measures.

We regret to inform you that sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

If you need a replacement item, we recommend that you initiate a return for the original item, and once the return is processed and accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement item. This approach is the quickest and most efficient way to obtain the item you desire.

Refunds
